How to Schedule an Appointment:

  1. Choose the meeting type: Select the type of meeting you’d like to schedule from the options provided (e.g., Business Visa, Business Consulting, Bank Account Opening, etc.).
  2. Pick a Date and Time: Use the calendar to choose your preferred date and time for the meeting. Our availability will be displayed to help you select a suitable slot.
  3. Contact Information: Fill in your contact details, including your name, email address, and phone number, so we can get in touch with you.
  4. Meeting Details: Provide a brief description of the purpose of the meeting or any specific topics you’d like to discuss.
  5. Confirmation: After submitting your appointment request, you will receive an email confirming the details of your scheduled meeting.

Meeting Instructions:

Virtual Meetings (Zoom/Google Meet):

  1. Access Link: Prior to your scheduled meeting, you will receive an email containing a secure link to join the virtual meeting. Please ensure you have a stable internet connection and a device with a camera and microphone if needed.
  2. Be Prepared: Familiarize yourself with the virtual meeting platform (Zoom/Google Meet) in advance. If you encounter any technical difficulties, contact our support team for assistance.
  3. Join on Time: Log in to the meeting a few minutes before the scheduled start time. The meeting host will admit you when ready.

In-Person Meetings (Office Location):

  1. Address: Our office address will be provided in the confirmation email. Please plan your visit accordingly.
  2. Punctuality: Arrive on time for your in-person meeting to ensure that we can serve you promptly.

Rescheduling or Cancellation:

If, for any reason, you are unable to attend the scheduled meeting, please inform us as soon as possible. You can request to reschedule the meeting for a more convenient time or cancel it altogether.
